10月初旬、柑橘🍊も色づき始めてきた今日この頃、有機かんきつ協議会メンバー農園を視察しました！
Higuchi農園は10程の園地が分散、温州みかん、キウイ、紅まどんな、レモン、お米などを天敵の猪🐗、烏、ハクビシン対策をしながら栽培していますが、みかん山には炭■を埋めて環境を整え、炭と水と空気という自然物を活用し、環境をマイナスイオン化させているそうですよ👍。
温州みかん🍊を丸かじりしてみました。酸味・甘味・旨みよく、充分美味しいです👍！皮ごと食べたべられるのは有機かんきつならではですね。
最標高250mの園地は、鬱蒼とした森を抜けた場所にあり、傾斜角度30°（勾配斜度57.735％）。激坂が15％以上、スキー上級者🎿30°並みなので相当大変な作業です。園地に辿り着くまでの道のりと合わせ作業効率化治療が必要な場所だと思いました💦。
5月中旬に授粉作業したキウイもそろそろ収穫が始まります！
今後協議会では、
園地作業効率化とともに、
輸出に向けた人材に向けた体験研修、
品質向上の基準化（糖酸度測定）等を行って参ります！
愛媛県の有機かんきつ🍊はこれから収穫本番です！ご期待ください！美味しくて安心安全を心がけ日々取り組んでいきたいと思います！
Early October, as citrus fruits 🍊 begin to color up, we recently visited the farms of Organic Citrus Association members!
Higuchi Farm has about 10 scattered plots where they cultivate Satsuma mandarins, kiwis, Benimadonna oranges, lemons, rice, and more while protecting them from wild boars🐗, crows, and masked palm civets. On the mandarin hill, they bury charcoal■ to improve the environment, utilizing natural elements like charcoal, water, and air to create a negative ion environment, they say👍.
We tried biting into a Satsuma mandarin🍊 whole. It was perfectly delicious, with a great balance of tartness, sweetness, and umami! 👍 Being able to eat it peel and all is truly a hallmark of organic citrus.
The orchard at the highest elevation of 250m is located beyond a dense forest, with a slope angle of 30° (gradient slope 57.735%). The steepest sections exceed 15%, comparable to a 30° slope for advanced skiers🎿, making it incredibly demanding work. Considering the journey just to reach the orchard, I felt this is a place where work efficiency improvements are urgently needed💦.
The kiwis pollinated in mid-May will soon be ready for harvest!
Moving forward, the council will focus on improving orchard work efficiency, conducting experiential training for export-oriented personnel, and standardizing quality improvement measures (like sugar-acid ratio measurements)!
