Organic citrus fruits, which do not use herbicides or chemical fertilizers, are grown in the forest rather than in fields. Organic citrus fruits, which are safe and delicious even with the peel, are available from around October.
上田農園での草刈り、広さ3ha、標高100～330m傾斜25～35度の圃場斜面を定期的に巡回し手作業で下草刈りを行います。除草剤や化成肥料を使用しない有機かんきつは畑でなく森で有機かんきつを育てています。皮まで美味しい安心安全は有機かんきつができるのは10月頃からです。
